All products sold on this website, including RC helicopters, LiPo batteries, ESCs, motors and electronic equipment, are not toys and are intended for experienced users only. These products can cause serious injury, fire or damage if misused.

The customer is fully responsible for assembly, programming, charging, storage and use of all products. Hubtech Consulting SRL is not responsible for accidents, crashes, injuries or damages.

By purchasing from Hubtech-RC, the customer agrees that Hubtech Consulting SRL cannot be held liable for any injury, fire, property damage or loss resulting from the use of the products.

Lithium-polymer batteries are potentially dangerous. Customers must use approved chargers, never charge unattended, and store batteries safely. Hubtech Consulting SRL is not liable for any fire, explosion or damage caused by batteries.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Orders must be paid before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. Hubtech-RC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused and unopened products. Batteries and electronics are excluded for safety reasons.

Manufacturer warranties apply. Crash damage, misuse or incorrect installation are not covered.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to Belgian courts.
